The Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, has again made a breakthrough in preparing its graduates to be readily accepted in the world of work. In addition to providing expertise certifications such as Zahir Accounting Certification, Capital Market Certification, and Tax Brevet Certification A and B, the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, also prepares graduates with career world insights. This is like what was done on March 20, 2018, when the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Islam Malang, invited Yuni Yuningsih, CPA, M.Com., P.hD from Curtin University Australia to provide insights and tips related to challenges after the lecture world, namely the world of work.

In her presentation, Yuni Yuningsih, CPA, M.Com, Ph.D., stated that success in work or career is not a complicated thing. In addition to the provision of knowledge that has been obtained for four years running higher education lectures. Another factor to consider is attitude. This is important considering that many new graduates are still carried away by the atmosphere of studies, both in speech, appearance, maturity, and others. In addition to these two factors, it is also essential for graduates to hone communication and interaction skills, communication that conveys messages and can exert influence. Competence and strategic factors are also crucial to be prepared by students considering the increasingly fierce job competition from year to year.
