The administrators of the (Ormawa) Faculty of Economics and Business, The University of Islam Malang, for the 2022 period were held in Hall K.H Abdurrahman Wahid, Postgraduate Building, Islamic University of Malang, Wednesday (09/03/2022). The event was attended by the Leaders of the Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Islam Malang from the ranks of vice deans, chairmen, and secretaries of the Accounting, Management, and Sharia Banking study program and 150 core administrators of the Student Activity Unit (UKM) offline and the rest took part online.

In this inauguration event, it was packaged very interestingly, where each FEB UNISMA Student Activity Unit showed its talents. Before the inauguration began, dance performances were presented that depicted the cooperation, synergy, collaboration, tenderness, and politeness that the 2022 management wanted to portray. FEB UNISMA students present the dance. The MC of the event was delivered in 3 languages, namely English, Chinese and Indonesian, describing the Student Organization ready to support the vision and mission of FEB UNISMA in the Internationalization of the Tridharma of Higher Education.

In the Opening Ceremony of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Islam Malang, Nur Diana, S.E., M.Si. said Thank you to the KPU FEB UNISMA for successfully organizing the FEB UNISMA General Election activities, which were run in a democratic, fair, transparent and honest manner with a high level of participation. "Congratulations on selecting the best cadres of FEB UNISMA students to become Student Organization Management (Ormawa) in the faculty for the 2022 term of service". The event was continued by singing the song Indonesia Raya, Mars Syubanul Wathon, reading the holy verses of the Qur'an, and the committee's report on the results of the 2022 FEB UNISMA student general election.

"We hope that the new management will provide a new professional spirit, create creative and innovative ideas to produce and improve student achievement of FEB UNISMA to make the Faculty of Economics and Business progressive and innovative by the spirit carried," Diana said in her speech.

Furthermore, Diana expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the administrators of the Student Organization Faculty for the 2021 term of service who have contributed energy, thoughts, achievements, and time for organizational development to make FEB UNISMA full of the accomplishments with innovative activities during this pandemic. Make this activity learning and experience while you are active in Student Organization to hone your soft skills to improve the competence of graduates and create superior human resources for Advanced Indonesia.

Not forgetting that the Dean of FEB UNISMA gave enthusiasm and motivation to the new administrators not to forget their role as Agent of Change, Moral Forces, Social Control, holder of Noble values, and the Next Generation of the Nation Must be able to become a locomotive in the Merdeka Campus Program with the hope of increasing nation's competitiveness.

"Ormawa faces many challenges as the front line and spearhead in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 and the Era of Society 5.0, but make technological progress a supporter of the brother movement in training and honing to become superior human resources," said Diana.

The inauguration was carried out solemnly by the Dean of FEB UNISMA, which began with reading the promises of the Student Organization management, which were used as guidelines for the leadership in running the management wheel and continued offline and online inauguration. In this inauguration, the handover of the 2021 Student Organization was also carried out to the management for the 2022 term of service.

At this event, there was also a briefing on student organizations with the theme "Adicipta Karsa: Actualization of Professionalism in Internationally Oriented Student Institutions" with keynote speaker Muhammad Nuruddin, S.Pt., M.P., who is also an expert at the Ministry of Villages.
