As the Dean of FEB Unisma, Nur Diana conveyed to SAMEP mentors who incidentally were alumni to contribute to increasing the competitiveness of FEB UNISMA graduates.
"FEB UNISMA has carried out various innovative movement efforts to improve graduates' quality to support superior human resources in the 4.0 era. We see in the alum's big data related to the level of relevance of graduates showing an increase in the relevance of graduates to the industrial world. However, this does not satisfy FEB UNISMA; we are looking for some limitations in preparing competitive graduates. Therefore, we need input and efforts from innovative programs so that FEB UNISMA graduates show harmony with users' expectations from time to time, "said Diana. According to him, by launching the SAMEP Program, many alums who have been successful in various multinational and national companies have joined to make the program successful. Furthermore, Diana said that "When you are a student, join organizations, build networks and friendships, try new things, and always remember that your initial goal as a student was to finish college. You can join an organization, but prioritize education."
Diana also said, “It is hoped that with this talk show, apart from being glued, we are also asking for inputs to improve the quality of our graduates. The world is getting more advanced, and the level of competition for graduates is getting tighter so that only superior human resources can adapt and survive in competition in the business world and the world of work. The implementation of this talk show has contributed a lot in the form of sharing alum experiences, the needs of the business world for the competence of human resources needed, providing creative ideas, and very valuable and helpful input for strengthening the alum network of FEB UNISMA including to improve the quality of extensive data alums, mapping alum potential that exist in various multinational companies in each region as well as increasing the synergy between alums and alumni with the alma mater in order to follow up the real collaboration of alums with FEB UNISMA through the SAMEP program. With the holding of this talk show, it is hoped that in the future, there will be a closer synergy between alums and alumni and the alma mater and the realization of a concrete step as a manifestation of close cooperation between alums and the alma mater of the Faculty of Economics and Business,  the University of Islam Malang.
