22 November 2022 The Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, held a Teaching Practitioner activity for the Ministry of Education and Culture's MBKM Program for the Strategic Management course with the topic "Building Competitive Advantage in the Digital Era with Resource Person Bambang Eko Prasetyo as Director of PT Magnesium Gosari Internasional, this activity is a collaboration of academics and practitioners with the theme "Competitive Advantage Strategy in the Digital Age" Dr. M. Ridwan Basalamah, SE., MM as a lecturer in the Strategic Management course in collaboration with practitioners. This activity was opened by Nur Diana, SE., M.Si, as the Dean of FEB Unisma. All leaders of FEB Unisma and students who took the Strategic Management course, which was held at Uthman Bin Affan's 7th-floor building, attended this event.

Nur Diana, SE., M.Si, as the Dean of FEB UNISMA, said that the Teaching Practitioner Program in 2022 is one of the programs provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology so that university graduates are better prepared to enter the world of work. So in this program, students will be taught by practitioners. There needs to be more competence of graduates with the needs of the world of work. Then this activity is beneficial because in providing students with practice-based knowledge, students will know what needs to be learned and what skills need to be honed according to their major or study program. After graduating from college, they will have qualified and relevant skills in the world of work. He delivered this practical lecture to prepare superior human resources in Indonesia because students who will become the nation's next generation and human resources in Indonesia will be taught by practitioner lecturers. So that their understanding will be more complex and allow students to master more knowledge and skills, it is hoped that in the future, after becoming alums, they can become superior human resources who can answer the challenges of the times.
