In Indonesia, Gender is questioned because socially, it has given birth to different roles, responsibilities, rights, and functions. as well as the activity space of men and women in society, even though when used properly and wisely, it will give birth to a new view of gender equality, especially when juxtaposed with today's technological sophistication, of course, we can take full advantage of this activity. Able to open a new mindset for LKMM participants, and our hope is how in the end the participants can implement the knowledge from this material," said Diana S.E., M.Si, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business.

The phenomenon of gender discrimination occurs almost all over the world, in almost all sectors. The fact is that there has been injustice and discrimination against women. This has resulted in women being subordinated and marginalized over men, and this situation ultimately triggers the emergence of demands and lawsuits to end and eliminate injustice and discrimination against women immediately,

"There are several things that make women's voices silenced and not heard. One of the most influential factors is the cultural factor. Where Indonesia is a country that is still strong in culture and customs. Therefore, the existence of this digital transformation is one of the answers to what we expect. We can use this digital era as a tool, mobilization, or even a bridge to voice women's aspirations from below and listen to them above. Which concept we usually call bottom up. Therefore we as humans who know must, of course, take advantage of technology to the fullest," said Mrs. Safira. This was followed by a question-and-answer session. The event took place very solemnly and then was closed with shouts together so that the emotions and enthusiasm were maintained.
