Meanwhile, Dewi Diah Fahriyyah SE, MSA, a lecturer at FEB UNISMA who has work experience as an auditor at the DFK International Public Accounting Firm, provided material on the financial governance of the Student Activity Unit (UAM) FEB UNISMA, one of which is related to how the RAB is prepared and the preparation of the RAB. Accountability Report.

Furthermore, he emphasized that the activation process must be accompanied by the preparation of activity proposals in which the Expenditure Budget Plan (RAB) must be submitted and receive SPI approval no later than 7 (seven) days before the implementation of activities. Likewise, accountability reports must also be submitted seven maximum of seven days after the movement ends.

"Not infrequently, the letter of responsibility for student organization activities is not supported by sufficient evidence of activities. This causes the accountability report of the Student Activity Unit to be unacceptable, so there is a need for improvement. If this process takes a long time, of course, it will disrupt UAM's performance and hinder the implementation of the next work program," said Dewi
