We often use public speaking skills to deliver material, MC activities, and lead meeting presentations. Public speaking will increase self-confidence to build image branding, and communicators must have the ability to convey information in a structured and easy-to-understand manner. "The results of Mc Kinsey's research state that the competency needs for undergraduate graduates have started to increase. Previously, undergraduate graduates could enter low-level jobs that were repetitive, emphasizing hard skills and clerical skills. Currently, robotic technology, automation, cloud, artificial intelligence, and so on are already being used at this level of work. Therefore, we as students today must have additional skills or soft skills needed in the 4.0 and 5.0 eras, namely public speaking," said Diana.

Everyone must have the desire to be able to appear to speak in front of a large audience with perfect results.
Public speaking is more about what message or purpose you want to convey to the audience. It will be successful if the information you want to convey can be understood by the audience, with speaking skills and delivering mature material.

Public Speaking is very important for students because presenting requires this skill to convey what has been appropriately assigned and can be accepted by friends and lecturers. Not only in class are students involved in the community, but public speaking skills are also critical because students are seen by society as people who are good at speaking/speech.

Today and even in the next few years, it is believed that companies and the industrial world in any field tend to choose job seekers who have additional skills, namely public speaking. The importance of public speaking skills for students is to maximize the potential that is inherent in themselves. Having confidence when dealing with an audience is a good capital when speaking in front of many people. With the confidence you already have, good gestures, charisma, a pleasant voice, and paying attention to intonation and the pitch of your voice, the chance for success in your career will be even greater.

Furthermore, Aditya Permana provided motivation and practice to Unisma's Faculty of Economics and Business students so that they have good communication skills through various methods of providing exciting material in which there are various apps.
