Indonesian identity and identity as a maritime nation, safeguarding interests, and maritime security are obliged to empower maritime potential to realize Indonesia's economic equality.

"The maritime and marine sector is very strategic for Indonesia in terms of economic and environmental, socio-cultural, legal, and security aspects. The great maritime and marine potentials should be utilized for the welfare of society. The fact is that this potential has not been utilized optimally, causing a high poverty rate," said Diana. "One of the manifestations of maritime sector sovereignty is salt sovereignty for industrial and consumption needs. Access to technology and land is urgently needed to increase national salt production capacity.
On the other hand, the government has never seriously shown its side with local salt farmers for a long time. At the same time, the government does not have a long-term plan to build salt sovereignty." he said. Meanwhile, the Head of BEM FEB UNISMA, Rois Madani, expressed his gratitude to all parties who have supported this essential activity and aroused student concern regarding the challenges faced in the National Salt Industry.
