FEB UNISMA Collaborates with Pesantren and Vocational Schools in Jombang in the Implementation of Community Service of Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Islam Malang, is increasingly carrying out the tri dharma of community service. On Monday, May 30, 2022, the entire team led by the Dean of FEB UNISMA, Nur Diana SE, MSI, left for the Tarbiyatun Nasyiin Pesantren in Jombang Regency. The Tarbiyatun Nasyiin Pesantren is a Salaf Islamic Boarding School lead by K.H. Muhammad Shobih Al Muayyad Aziz who is the first son of Almargfurlah K.H Aziz Mansur. During the visit, the Dean and his entourage were received by K.H Muhammad Shobih Al Muayyad Aziz and the Principal of the Tarbiyatun Nasyiin Vocational School, Mr. Lukman Hakim, S.SosI, S.Pd., to establish an MOU with the Pesantren and Vocational Schools he manages.

The Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Islam Malang, Nur Diana, S.E., M.Si., in his remarks, stated that every visit carried out by FEB Unisma always has the same mission and spirit, namely increasing ties of friendship, collaborating in supporting progress between institutions that are both under the same leadership. under the auspices of Nahdlatul Ulama which was later stated in signing an MoU related to the Tridharma of Higher Education. "FEB Unisma has an interest in carrying out cooperation in the Tridharma of Higher Education with educational institutions and Pesantren under the auspices of Nahdlatul Ulama with the aim of developing human resource competencies for both teachers and students in the field and carrying out mutually beneficial cooperation to increase the capacity of the institution," said Diana.

The Principal of Tarbiyatun Nasyiin School, Mr. Lukman Hakim, S.SosI, S.Pd., expressed his gratitude for the group's arrival from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Islam Malang. He hopes that the signing of the MoU between the two institutions can increase the transfer of quality of knowledge from FEB UNISMA so that the shared desire to become more advanced and developed can be realized.

The event was continued with the giving of souvenirs by FEB UNISMA and SMK Tarbiyatun Nasyiin in front of the students and vocational students, as well as the delivery of community service materials, carried out by the FEB UNISMA Lecturer Team, including Entrepreneur Workshop for Santri and students in the Digital era conducted by the UNISMA Lecturer Team, Nur Diana, S.E., M.Si. (Chairman), Maslichah, S.E., M.Si., Akt. CA and M. Cholid Mawardi S.E., M.M. Then the Digital Marketing Workshop for Santri and Students by the Lecturer Team Dr. Ridwan Basalamah S.E., M.M., and Khalikusssabir S.E., M.M.

In her presentation, Diana said that this workshop aimed to introduce students and vocational school students or millennials who are in the process and are expected to be able to compete in the digital economy era. This young millennial generation will also be introduced to the digital market of the FEB Unisma community service team to carry out the Industrial Revolution 4.0. "It is essential to build an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. You are all newbie businessmen; you need to strengthen yourself with a business foundation. Strong intentions, prospective passion, commitment to learning, and looking for networks are the basics of a business that must be owned," said Diana

“You all have to have positive energy, explore new insights, be confident, be able to compete, be challenging, and be productive to have an impact on the surrounding community," she said enthusiastically in front of the millennial students.

Meanwhile, in the Computer Laboratory of Tarbiyatun Nasyiin Vocational School, a Focus Group Discussion on the Development of Islamic Banking Curriculum for Vocational Schools was also held, led by Harun Al Rasyid, Ph.D. with members Afifudin SE, MSA, Akt, Budi Wahono S.E., M.M. and Junaidi S.E., M.M. assist in curriculum development for teachers majoring in Islamic banking at SMK Tarbiyatun Nasyiin, Paculgowang Village, Jombang Regency.

The event which was held for one whole day starting at 08.00 WIB until 16.00 WIB went smoothly and full of enthusiasm, especially given some games with door prize prizes from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Islam Malang.
