Dean of FEB Unisma Nur Diana SE MSi said in closing the Digital Practicioner Course that this would certainly be an activity to continue encouraging competency improvement for graduates. In addition, this series of digital marketing school activities aim to reduce the gap between the competency needs of graduates and industry expectations.

"So the curriculum in FEB Unisma as the heart of producing graduates who are competitive must be adaptive and able to produce graduates as the advantages of the profile of graduates in each study program must also have a 4.0 character," said Nur Diana, S.E., M.Si when gave at the closing of the Digital Practitioner Course in front of 700 participants from the Batch 2 Digital Marketing School. The event was held in collaboration with FEB Unisma Malang and the Indonesian digital marketing association (DIGIMIND) in the Utsman Bin Affan Building, 7th floor.

"Do not forget that marketing activities that can be integrated globally using digital marketing can reach target consumers on all online platforms via websites, email, SMS and MMS, public media, and software," said Diana.
Diana explained that the 2021 World Economics Forum survey entitled The Future Jobs showed that the digital marketing profession was one of the ten most sought-after professions. Because of this, Diana hoped that when she graduated as a scholar, FEB Unisma students would not only think about fighting for jobs in the industrial world but should think about opening new jobs to build the nation's economy, especially in the current era of digitalization.
To achieve this, students must be serious and consistent in following the faculty's learning process. "The knowledge and skills you get while undergoing the digital marketing education process and accumulated experience are valuable provisions for moving forward as a graduate," added Diana.

Meanwhile, the Head of Education and Cooperation of the Indonesian Digital Marketing Association, Mr. Agusti Aleandra, gave material on the Need for Digital Marketing Competence in the Job Market in the closing event.

After closing the Digital Marketing Practitioner Course Bacht 2, the participants will undergo a digital marketing competency certification exam in collaboration with FEB Unisma and the Indonesian Digital Marketing Professional Certification Institute (BNSP). Passing this certification exam will give students significant capital in facing competition after graduating from college.
