After the Fifth LKMM activity, delivered by Mr. Edwin H Wardana last Monday, BEM Feb again continued the series LKMM activity which this time succeeded in bringing as many as 435 students to participate in the LKMM Offline at K.H Abdurrahman Wahid Hall. This time, BEM FEB UNISMA presented an extraordinary resource person, she was Mrs. Dr. Hj. Umi Dayati., M.Pd An expert on Indonesian LED Personality and Risa Rachmawati, S.Psi., M.Psi. Furthermore, a poetry performance from one of the 2021 LKMM participants who won third place in a poetry competition throughout East Java. Umi Dayati., M.Pd and Risa Rahmawati, S.Psi., M.Psi, (Psychologist) on the Art of Exploring the Potential of Inner Leadership, which LKMM2021 participants solemnly followed. "Potential is innate from birth which is passed down from parents, mother, and character father inherits inherent intelligence. Then from that Potential emerged intellectual capacity. Potential is a formation that can be honed, while the character is innate that cannot be changed. Believe in yourself if you can do what your strength is," said Dr. Umi Dayati According to him, self-potential is a talent that is not owned by others, which is only owned by individuals. The ability to develop self-potential will provide benefits in knowing the purpose of life. By developing one's Potential, one can become a more mature person and be helpful to others. He further said that the leading spirit in humans needs to be explored and improved, for example, influencing or giving examples from leaders to followers to achieve organizational goals. Most people still tend to say that influential leaders have certain traits or characteristics that are very important, for example, charisma, foresight (visionary), persuasion, practitioner spirit, and the ability to work effectively in different situations.

"Students of FEB UNISMA Batch 2021 must be able to focus and explore the Spirit of Leadership," said Umi Dayati, igniting student enthusiasm. In his closing, he also said that a winner always finds a solution and a plan while the losers are busy looking for excuses to justify their mistakes. He advised FEB Unisma students to prepare to become the superior generation as early as possible. As a student, you should not just be a butterfly student (go back to college) because what you have to prepare is not only hard skills but also soft skills.
