E-internship program with TAU Philippines, FEB UNISMA Holds Entrepreneurship Talk

The e-internship program activity at FEB UNISMA today, Friday 8 April 2020, is an Entrepreneurship Talk with the theme "Transforming Dreams into Reality" The event, which was held online and offline, presented entrepreneur practitioners who were alumni of FEB UNISMA. As a resource person, Mr. Fajar Mustofa is the owner of FMS Production, which is engaged in the creative music industry. In his presentation, Fajar tells a lot about his experiences and what is being done in the creative music industry.

FMS production itself has several businesses, including music studio rentals, recording services, rental of musical instruments and sound systems, merchandise, metronome cafes, and the FMSPRO Lite application. According to Fajar, this business has been initiated since the beginning of studying at FEB UNISMA in 2016 and continues to grow in line with the knowledge gained in lectures. Thanks to his courage to apply for a loan to the bank as initial capital and input from the lecturers. Finally, FMS production can continue to grow to this day. "I developed the FMS from the beginning of college, in 2016, there were many developments after I took a financial concentration management study program, then I got a lot of management knowledge so that the effect has progressed even more in 2018 until now," he said.

"In the beginning, I started FMS Production because I like music. Because I like music, I want to do business according to my hobby or hobby. He is considering that I realized that the capital there was quite large in the music business. Finally, for initial capital, I ventured to take a loan from a bank. For expansion to the metronome cafe, I often communicate with the lecturers; if I have an idea, I also see a market opportunity. I convey this for me to share with the lecturers," he added.
