DEAN OF FEB UNISMA INAUGURATE ORMAWA MANAGEMENT BRINGS THE SPIRIT OF REALIZING LEADERS WITH INTEGRITY

Saturday, January 28, 2023, The inauguration of the Student Organization (Ormawa) management of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, for the 2022 period was held at Hall K.H Abdurrahman Wahid Postgraduate Building, Islamic University of Malang. The event was attended by the Leaders of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang from the vice dean, chairman, and secretary of the Islamic Accounting, Management and Banking Study Program and 150 core administrators of the Student Activity Unit (UKM) offline with the theme "Optimizing Ormawa in realizing leaders with integrity" the theme is in line with FEB Unisma's Vision and Mission which wants to create leaders with integrity, as many as 13 FEB Unisma student organizations have been appointed by the Dean of FEB Unisma on that day.

In the opening ceremony, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang Nur Diana SE, MSi, said thank you to the FEB UNISMA KPU for successfully organizing the FEB UNISMA General Election activities, which run democratically, somewhat, transparently and honestly with a high level of participation. "Congratulations on selecting the best cadres of FEB UNISMA students to become Student Organization Management (Ormawa) within the Faculty for the 2023 service period." The event continued with singing the Indonesia Raya song, Mars Syubanul Wathon, reading the holy verses of the Koran, and the committee's report on the results of the 2023 FEB UNISMA Student General Election.

Apart from aiming to inaugurate Ormawa FEB UNISMA, the Dean of FEB UNISMA provided training to the ORMAWA management by carrying Spirit Leadership with integrity within the MBKM frame.
"This new management is expected to be able to continue the previous leadership baton and implement the Main Performance Indicators (IKU). 2 IKUs are targeted by Ormawa, namely IKU numbers two and eight, namely students who can carry out their experiences off campus with internships, village projects, teaching, research, entrepreneurship, and student exchange as well as creating collaborative and participatory classes.
  "Occupation is a mandate, and every mandate is accounted for. So that this trust is carried out as well as possible," he said

Diana further emphasized the importance of joining an organization to support knowledge, skills, and attitude, which is the student organization of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, which is a vehicle and means of self-development of students towards expanding their horizons and increasing their intelligence and personal integrity to achieve educational goals as a whole through extra-curricular activities.

The Dean of FEB Unisma conveyed his most profound gratitude and appreciation for making a brilliant contribution to FEB Unisma. In his speech, the Dean of FEB Unisma also expressed his hopes for all FEB Unisma students to become agents of change, iron stock, moral force, and social control. 

Do not forget that the Dean of FEB UNISMA gave enthusiasm and motivation to the new management not to forget their role, namely as an Agent of Change, Moral Forces, Social Control, a holder of Noble values, and the Next Generation of the Nation Must be able to become a Locomotive in the Independent Campus Program in the hope of increasing nation's competitiveness.

"Ormawa faced many challenges as the front guard and spearhead in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 and Society Era 5.0, but they made technological advances a supporter of the Brotherhood Movement in training and honing to become superior human resources," said Diana
