CREATE ENTREPRENEUR STUDENTS, HMJM FEB UNISMA HAS A TALKSHOW ENTREPRENEUR

28 September 2022, the Student Association of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of  Islam Malang, on their way to the Interest Event, held an Entrepreneur Talkshow for Self Branding with the theme “Forming Young Smart and Creativity Entrepreneur in the Digital Era. This event was held at the Ustman bin Affan building on the 7th Floor and was attended by hundreds of students who have started businesses that have been run; this activity is a sharing session that is packaged in the form of a talk show by sharing experiences to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of students.
Attended this activity Abdun Zaki who is a young and successful entrepreneur as Owner of Delfoodchips.id and an active student of FEB Unisma who currently has 4000 followers on the Shopee Marketplace engaged in the Crispy Business, where the chip business has been exported to several countries in Asia. Southeast such as Malaysia and Singapore. Zaki advised to dare to start a business and never be afraid of competitors, rest assured that our business is the best, one thing that students need to remember is to get out of their comfort zone, stop wasting time on useless things, make the best use of time Well, the key is effort, independence and don't forget to pray to Allah swt. Zaki continued, in today's digital era, it is easier for us to explore and seek as much information as possible, never stop learning, keep learning, because from learning, I believe one day we will become successful people in the future.

Meanwhile, Alumni from FEB Unisma Tri Ayunda Fitria, as the owner of Khayr Scraft as an entrepreneur who has successfully earned a turnover of billions per year, presenting material on business start in the digital era conveyed from dataindonesia. Id that the number of MSMEs in Indonesia currently has reached 98.7% in Indonesia. Micro businesses, based on the market potential that internet user data in Indonesia until 2022 has reached 210 million, and data on social media users in Indonesia has reached 170 million users, meaning this is our business market share media. There are three ways to start; first, introduce ourselves to the market business / the business that we run. Secondly, we use social media as a means of business promotion, and thirdly we spread our wings to the marketplace world so that all consumers can know the business we run. Ayunda advised the students to do the simplest things first. After that, they could make much progress.

Nur Diana, SE, M.Si, as the Dean of FEB Unisma, said that this activity was beneficial so that student associations could conduct sharing sessions like this to share experiences with fellow students because this activity opened the eyes of students to be able to optimize opportunities as a forum to channel their creativity. "This activity is perfect for increasing students' knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship so that after graduation, they will become not only job seekers but also job makers. It is hoped that students can get to know entrepreneurship more deeply to be encouraged to jump in. Continued Budi Wahono, SE, MM as the Head of the Management Department FEB Unisma said that with activities like this, students could share experiences between students so that students in the economics and business faculties can gain insight and knowledge so that the number of entrepreneurs continues to grow and increase. In line with the vision and mission of FEB Unisma, where the achievement profile of graduates from the Management study program become entrepreneurs who can open jobs for the community, and over time the number of MSMEs in Indonesia will continue to increase.
