The NGOBAS SME program, held by Media Creative, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, was highly appreciated by the community. The program, which was born as a talk show through the Youtube Channel FEB UNISMATV, was still reviewing #yangmudayangberprestasi presenting Ida Ayu Lestari, a student of the Accounting study program FEB UNISMA Semester 4. The beautiful girl who succeeded in making achievements in the 2022 Hijab Radar Malang (DHRM) Ambassador selection event managed to look stunning, showing His talent, armed with brain, beauty, and behavior, managed to become The Winner of the Ambassador of Hijab Radar Malang in 2022.

NGOBAS SME presented host Risma Diana (Media Creative FEB UNISMA). She managed to explore Ayu's process until she became The Winner.
This girl from Mojokerto Regency has to compete with students in Malang by displaying her various talents. Some of the selections that must be passed are written tests, open interviews, closed interviews, quarantine, and deep interviews.

"I have faced many challenges while participating in the Hijab Ambassador event. The competition is very tight, and each participant has talent," he said
"In this event, I rely on communication and social skills, broad insight, networking, and most importantly, being able to spread benefits to the community," explained Ayu.

This beautiful girl, who has a height of 175 cm, makes her achievements as a whip to trigger other achievements. For this reason, she tries to balance academic and non-academic achievements. Although she has succeeded in becoming a Hijab Ambassador in 2022, her Academic Achievement Index is above 3.51.

"The balance in achieving this achievement cannot be separated from the support, blessing, and prayers of parents and almamater so as to facilitate our steps in achieving achievements. That's why I constantly hone skills, exceedingly soft skills. This takes its own time to study and learn so that it makes our steps easier," said Ayu

Furthermore, Ayu advised not to stagnate or always stay in the comfort zone. "Get out of your comfort zone and have the courage to always try to be successful. My real goal is to be of benefit to the people around me,. What is certain is that I also want to make my parents proud and bring the good name of FEB Unisma as my place of study. So hopefully what I have done so far can inspire, motivate, and also provide positive energy for friends," he said to the host of the NGOBAS #yangmudayangberprestasi program on Youtube channel FEBUNISMAMALANGTV.
