Himaprodi Management FEB UNISMA held an event, Closing Ceremony Interest 2022, with the theme of the Arts Festival "Enlivened by Appearances from UKM Melati Sekar Langit and BSO Semi FEB UNISMA Association," which took place in Hall Oesman Mansur Floor 7 on Tuesday, 22 November 2022. 

Nur Diana SE., MSi, attended this event as the Dean of FEB UNISMA, Mr. Budi Wahono SE  MM as the Head of the Management Study Program FEB UNISMA, and Mohamad Miftachul Kamal as General Chair of Hima Study Program Management as well as guests and participants in the championship competition.In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of  Islam Malang, gave his highest appreciation to the board of management of the FEB Unisma Himaprodi management, who had organized very creative and innovative activities in the second year of the 2022 interest program. "Many of the journeys of such interest activities vary greatly. The theme discusses a lot about entrepreneurship. This is a very, very important theme and a theme that is very relevant to the current conditions after the pandemic. We know that the unemployment rate in ASEAN countries, namely due to the pandemic, has increased in Indonesia alone. The unemployment rate has increased by 1.94%, reaching 7.1%. We know that the unemployment rate is not only in Indonesia but also in ASEAN countries. To revive this, we need a spirit of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial culture that we must develop and how to rise to recover from the pandemic.

According to him, the ratio of entrepreneurship in Indonesia has yet to reach 4%, and entrepreneurship will be considered a developed country if it reaches 4%. Indonesia still has 3.4% of the total population who become entrepreneurs for developed countries, and the total population should be around 12% in Indonesia, but it still needs to be. Achieve that even in ASEAN countries too. To foster an entrepreneurial spirit, a series of interest activities hold business plan workshops and business plan competitions. Talkshow on best practice alum success in becoming entrepreneurs, national seminars on nationality and entrepreneurship, and poster competitions. After providing insight and enlightenment in the closing activity of INTEREST 2022, the Dean of FEB UNISMA officially closed the entire series of events. He gave prizes to the business plan competition winners and entrepreneurship posters. The event continued with an art performance by FEB UNISMA students who are members of UKM Melati Sekar Langit and BSO FEB UNISMA Spring Association".
